Shipping Policy
Orders are sent by CTT EXPRESSO to mainland Portugal
Orders for Madeira and Azores are sent by Registered Mail
Shipping deadlines:
For mainland Portugal up to 4 working days.
For Madeira up to 4 working days.
To the Azores 4 working days.
For other European Union countries 4 to 6 working days.
Orders are shipped within a maximum period of 4 working days after receipt of the receipt, except if there is a shortage of stock, in which case the customer will be informed.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and country of destination. Delivery time for other countries (outside the European Union), on request, you must contact us.
Shipping fees to mainland Portugal, up to 2kg - €4
up to 5kg - €4.43
Shipping fees to the Islands - up to 500grs - €3.50
from 501gr to 2 kg - €5.90

Return and Refund Policy
In case of exchange, you must inform us of this intention upon receipt of the order, you must send an email to info@chglisbon.com
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, to make the exchange. You can exchange for items with a value equal to or greater than the value of your order.
In case of evolution of the value, it is valid only for online purchases. You must communicate the intention upon receipt of the order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item, after the order has been received and verified, the value of the item/s will be returned.
We do not accept exchanges/returns of accessories (necklaces, belts, earrings and the like), and clothing made to specific measurements (by order).
The pieces must be sent with the tags and original packaging and in the same way you received them, (registered mail), we are not responsible for shipments made otherwise. Items must not have been washed, altered or worn (except for trying on).
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
